I’m excited to announce my collaboration with The Rum Kitchen. I have created a special, naturally Caribbean-inspired, plant-based menu for them which you can sample across all three sites (Notting Hill, Kingly Court and Brixton). Some of the highlights include, “KFC” – Krispy Fried Cauliflower served with garlic sweet potato, tamarind aioli and a cayenne agave. Other menu items include Jerk Spiced Jack Fruit & Pineapple Black-Eyed Bean Rice, Creole Squash with Molasses Sugar Chickpeas and Coconut Kale Crisps, and a light and refreshing Rainbow Salad with Agave & Ginger Dressing. All the bold flavour you’d expect from tropical food, but with a focus on plant-based ingredients. Recipes for the below (KFC) can be found in the recipe tab at the top of the page.
