We are thrilled to be hosting a supper club with the talented Caribbean chef Shivi Ramoutar at one of London's most verdant locations, Kew Royal Botanic Gardens.
Shivi is a hot-list author with her new book 'Caribbean Modern' and an ambassador for authentic and feisty Caribbean flavours. The supper club includes a welcome cocktail and three course feasting menu of her favourite dishes. We're very much looking forward to this one!
Shivi has made it her culinary mission to twist classic Caribbean dishes and ingredients from her childhood into her own vibrant, fresh and easy-to-make delights.
Shivi believes that any menu is only as good as the produce it uses and has crafted a tasting menu of delicious creations from this gregarious chef and to learn about the importance of provenance whilst enjoying the unique setting of Kew Royal Botanic Gardens."
