If you happened to be at the Truman Brewery at some point between July 4th - July 7th, you would have stumbled upon a little food-driven bacchanal, namely FEAST. It was a great weekend of food and I felt very privileged to be showcasing some of my signature dishes alongside Patty and Bun, Salt Yard, Yum Bun and Whitechapel Gallery Dining Room, to name just a few! And you know what put the cherry on the whipped cream on the icing on the cake? Feeding Angela Hartnett my signature Swordfish and Bake, oh, AND the Sun came out to say hello. (And stayed a little bit too long when it saw me already dying of heatstroke manhandling the deep-fat fryers!).
