Divertimenti Caribbean Cooking Classes

**NEW DATES FOR SUMMER TERM**

I'm back at Divertimenti on the 2nd May with a fun, hands-on Caribbean street food class.  Reminiscent of walking down a bustling street, lined with traditional vendors and steel pan sounds floating through the air this sun inspired street food menu will leave you feeling bright and vibrant. Recipes include ‘Jamaican Jerk Chicken with Pineapple Slaw’, ‘Curry Crab and Dumplings’, ‘Snow Cone’ and more.  All fuelled with a little (or more, if you like) rum punch....

.....And on the evening of the 25th June, join me for my 'Caribbean Fresh' class, to get hands-on with fresh and vibrant tropical salads and grills, perfect for summer picnics, al fresco dining and barbecues and learn to make some Summer-perfect cocktails, led by Havana Club cocktail ambassadors.

Shivi Ramoutar at FEAST - Photos & Menu

If you happened to be at the Truman Brewery at some point between July 4th - July 7th, you would have stumbled upon a little food-driven bacchanal, namely FEAST.   It was a great weekend of food and I felt very privileged to be showcasing some of my signature dishes alongside Patty and Bun, Salt Yard, Yum Bun and Whitechapel Gallery Dining Room, to name just a few!  And you know what put the cherry on the whipped cream on the icing on the cake?  Feeding Angela Hartnett my signature Swordfish and Bake, oh,  AND the Sun came out to say hello.  (And stayed a little bit too long when it saw me already dying of heatstroke manhandling the deep-fat fryers!).

Find the below at a pop-up near you soon,
